"A castling of the COOL4SEA D.N.A."

One of our four founders of COOL4SEA Innovation Lab, Nicolai Schjerning Lundsgaard, has made the decision to part ways with COOL4SEA for strictly personal reasons. Nicolai has since the early stages of the development of our clean cooling technology been a resourceful and valuable part of our development team, especially as the corner stone of patent development and test-client management and relationships. Nicolai took his leave the 01.07.2017. We wish Nicolai all the best!

Nicolai Lundsgaard announces: “I’ve chosen to withdraw my commitment in COOL4SEA for strictly personal reasons. The conclusion and finalization of my primary projects and responsibilities at COOL4SEA Innovation Lab has made it a natural, optimal and convenient decision for all parties involved, to make my exit at present time. I wish all the best for COOL4SEA in its future development and growth.”

In this regard, two new experienced and competent partners/co-developers, Henrik Lunde and Robert Stammer, Roulund Energy ApS, will be joining our team. Their main areas of responsibility will be the refinement and key optimization of energy efficiency and waste heat management in regards to our green maritime cooling technology.

Henrik Lunde, Roulund Energy ApS, announces: “We have helped a wide portfolio of industrial companies to convert to far more energy-efficient energy architecture and output, and made it possible to harness their waste heat much more effectively, in the same way as intended for the seafaring business!”

Their vast experience and knowhow will be a strong new asset in every aspect of the development of COOL4SEA's energy and cooling technology and in the future in connection with the COOL4SEA business development.

We look forward to them joining our team, and get to work!

The nomination deadline for INDEX: DESIGN TO IMPROVE LIFE Award lapsed last friday night, with COOL4SEA's clean cost-effective martime cooling technology as part of the INDEX: AWARDS 2017 NOMINATIONS.

COOL4SEA is very honored and exited to be featured in the categories:  WORK — Clean & Affordable Energy and Industry & Innovation. We hope we will make the INDEX jury's scrutinizing "cut" as finalists which would boost our effort to build awareness and interest in our new unique maritime clean & energy-saving cooling system tremendously.

COOL4SEA recieves EU—SME Grant
THE SME INSTRUMENT —
EUROPEAN COMMISSION'S
FRAMEWORK PROGRAM

 

COOL4SEA has received almost €1.100.000 form the SME instrument - a part of the European Commission's framework program, Horizon 2020, for research and innovation. The contribution will be used for demonstration of COOL4SEA's green cooling technology at sea over the next 2 years - together with our test customers.

— Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever with nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014 to 2020) – in addition to the private investment that this money will attract. It promises more breakthroughs, discoveries and world-firsts by taking great ideas from the lab to the market.

29.04—2016:
COOL4SEA recieves E.F.U. grant 
ENERGY FYNS UDVIKLINGSFOND


COOL4SEA has received DKK 215.000 from Energi Fyns Udviklingsfond! The funding will be used for implementation and further refinement of our eco-friendly cooling technology at sea, together with COOL4SEA's test customers and development partners.
